My mindset –
Design should be a lightning rod for good ideas. It's collaborative by nature.
In this era, good design isn't invisible – it's not only recognized but celebrated.
Craft is a differentiator. Getting there first doesn't predicate success.
No technology is neutral. Our world is filled with digital tools, so the forms they take are important.
